When you visit the Site, we automatically collect limited information about your visit through Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not track you across sites or store any personal identifier. It records the page you visited, the referring URL, and your general region.

When you contact us, book a fit call, or otherwise share information with us, we collect the personal information you choose to share. This typically includes your name, email address, and any context about your business that you provide. We refer to this as Contact Information.

When we refer to Personal Information in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to the information collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics and the Contact Information you provide.

This Site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, the only analytics tool we use, is fully cookieless.

When you click Book a fit call, you are taken to Google Calendar at calendar.google.com. Google's own cookies and privacy practices apply on that page, not ours. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for more.

We use the Contact Information you share to have the conversations you book a call for, to reply to questions you ask, and to follow up with the notes, summaries, or proposals we agree to during our work together.

We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. We do not share your information with third parties for any commercial purpose.

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties, except in two cases. When you book a session through Google Calendar, Google receives the information you submit to the booking flow, including your name, email address, and the time you select. And we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to legal requests, or otherwise protect our rights.

We do not track you, and we do not change the Site's data collection or use practices in response to a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a resident of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Ireland, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. To exercise this right, contact us at charles@secondactadvisor.com.

We process the information you share with us to fulfil the conversations and work we agree with you, and to pursue our legitimate business interests. We do not transfer your information outside Europe without appropriate safeguards.

When you contact us through the Site or book a fit call, we keep your Contact Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. To request deletion, email charles@secondactadvisor.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this policy.
